Who Arranges Your Minibus
We're the people who find you a minibus, coach or car with a driver when your group is travelling in Ireland. We don't run vehicles ourselves. Licensed, insured operators do, and we set up the booking with them for you.
What we do for you
You tell us who's travelling, when and where. We match the trip to an operator with a suitable vehicle free on your dates, have them price it, and send you a written quote. Once you accept, we confirm the booking and remain your point of contact for times, pickups and changes.
We never sell seats on a shared tour. Whatever you book is a private vehicle for your party alone, whether that's a people carrier for a family of seven or a coach for a whole parish.
The operator's part
The operator owns the vehicle, employs the driver and is licensed to carry paying passengers. Anyone carrying more than eight passengers for hire needs a Road Passenger Transport Operator Licence. Once you're on the road, safety, the route and the driver's hours are the operator's responsibility.
Why you won’t find a price list
Too much goes into the cost of a trip to fit on a price list: the date, how long you need the vehicle, the distance, its size, and any tolls or parking along the way. The operator works it out for your plan, and you see it on the quote before committing to anything.
Choosing an operator for you
Requests only go to operators licensed and insured for group passenger work. After that, we look at vehicle size, availability on your date, and a base close to where your trip begins, so the vehicle isn't travelling a long way empty to reach you. For accessible trips we ask about the wheelchair or mobility aid first, so the vehicle suits the passenger.
Local knowledge helps too. An operator used to Kerry's roads knows how the Ring of Kerry fits into a day, and one working out of Dublin knows where the city lets groups step off.
About the planning notes on this site
The town, airport and port pages draw on public sources such as councils, the National Transport Authority, airport operators and port companies. Drive times and distances are approximate and rules can change, so if something matters to your day, ask for it to be confirmed on your quote.
Questions
Do you have your own minibuses?
No. Every vehicle belongs to the licensed operator that runs your trip, and the driver works for that operator.
Can a trip include Northern Ireland?
Our town pages cover the Republic, but a day trip north, such as Belfast from Dublin or Derry from Letterkenny, can be part of your plan.
Who do I talk to if our plans change?
Us. We pass the change to the operator and let you know if it affects the quote.
Tell us where you're going
Share your numbers, dates and the places on your list, and we'll return a written quote from a licensed operator.
