Premier Ireland Coach Services

From First Message to Your Pickup

Booking a minibus or coach through us comes down to a few simple stages: your plan, the price, your go-ahead and any changes along the way. You decide at each stage, and you won't pay anything before accepting a quote.

Tell us about your group

Start with the basics: how many are travelling, the date, and where and when you'd like to be collected. Then list each stop in order and where the day finishes. A rough plan is fine to begin with, though a detailed one comes back as a more accurate quote.

Mention suitcases, buggies, golf clubs or sports bags, because they can decide the size of vehicle. If anyone uses a wheelchair or finds steps difficult, let us know. For an airport or cruise pickup, add the flight number, or the ship's name, and when you expect to arrive.

An operator prices your plan

We pass your plan to a licensed, insured operator that has a suitable vehicle free on your dates. They work out the hours, the distance, any time the driver spends waiting, and the tolls or parking on the route. If your day would run past what one driver may legally drive, the quote shows a second driver or suggests a different shape for the day.

Check the quote carefully

One written quote covers the whole trip. It lists the vehicle type, the times and route, what's included and the operator's cancellation terms. Compare it with your plan before going further, and if a stop is missing or a time is wrong, ask us to change it.

Accept, pay, and you're booked

Happy with it? Accept the quote and pay by card through the site. We confirm the booking in writing, with the pickup details your group will need on the day.

When plans shift

Numbers change, flights land late and someone always wants one more stop. Let us know as soon as you can and we'll check it with the operator. If a change affects the cost, you'll hear about it before anything extra is charged. If you need to cancel, the terms on your quote apply.

Questions

Do I need a full itinerary before I ask?

No. A date, a group size and a rough idea of where you're going are enough to start. The more you add, the fewer questions come back to you.

Can I get two options priced?

Yes. Ask for, say, one midi-coach against two minibuses, and each will be priced for you to compare.

What should the group do on the day?

Be at the pickup on time and count heads before leaving each stop. A slow start eats into the driver's legal hours later on.

Start with a few details

How many of you, which day and roughly where you're heading is all we need to get going.
